Filing of GST Annual Return and Reconciliation Statement for FY 2018-19 has now been activated on the GST portal

This is to update you that filing of Form GSTR-9 (i.e., Annual Return) and Form GSTR-9C (i.e., Reconciliation Statement) for the FY 2018-19 has now been activated on the GST portal.

Further, offline utility for the Annual Return and the Reconciliation Statement for FY 2018-19 is also available for filing purpose.

Accordingly, it is imperative for the businesses to start preparing for the Annual Return and the Reconciliation Statement for FY 2018-19 to ensure that the exercise is completed in a timebound manner.
