Professional Qualification – B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, a premier law school of India and a Partner at Reina Legal. She is qualified ISO 27001 Consultant and is a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor as issued by the British Standards Institute (BSI). Tripti also holds a CIPP/E (Europe), CIPM (Privacy Management) and has been designated as Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).

Tripti has an experience of over 10 years and regularly advises clients in the sectors of TMT, healthcare, FinTech and FMCG. In her current role, Tripti helps businesses by providing ISO consultancy and conduct assessments under ISO 27001 (ISMS) and heads our global ISO consultancy practice. She conducts quality audits and develops quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO 27001, assists client by designing their ISO 27001 implementation and securing the infrastructure. She advises on corporate reorganization and restructuring and plan the reorganization of the operations of the client. Tripti also assists companies in preparation of corrective action plan for the businesses of the client and ensure that the infirmities are improved upon by them. She and her team ensure client’s compliance with specific sectoral and regulatory requirements; and prepare submissions and filing of applications, returns and forms with the Regulatory bodies.

She also has an expertise in corporate regulatory matters in conducting assessments, finding gaps and propose improvements to corporate procedures in client’s business operations, advising and guiding businesses in relation to governmental and regulatory policies, compliances, procedures and approvals. In the past she has conducted due diligence or research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of corporate business managerial policies and programs like terms & conditions, online terms of use, vendor agreements etc. She has in the past also provided advisory services, drafting and vetting of agreements, policies including business transfer, franchise, shareholder, joint venture, technology transfer, online terms of use etc. Tripti has also advised regularly on corporate reorganization and restructuring and plan the reorganization of the operations of a company
